Numi the kitten & her food dish

We have a new family member, Numi! She’s 9 weeks old and the cutest little kitten ever!

These are her food and water dishes, i didn’t have any actual cat bowls so we’re using my iittala candle holder and a sushi plate!

I also think it looks a lot nicer with these than normal plastic cat dishes in awful colours

vintage treasures from paris

I went to Paris last weekend with two friends and it was just wonderful. The weather was amazing and we walked around in the sun, sat down at cafés and bars every now and then and just relaxed.

On Sunday we went to a flea market close to Porte de Vanves. I’ve never been there before, only to Porte de Clignancourt, but the market in Porte de Vanves is much smaller so that you can actually manage to find your way through it and it has lots of smaller vintage things for the home. They say it’s not as expensive as Clignancourt and I guess it wasn’t but it doesn’t mean it was cheap either. Although I did find some things to a really good price too. These are my vintage treasures from le marché aux puces de Vanves that I’ve now placed in my home…

Naja Munthe’s apartment in Copenhagen

Danish fashion designer Naja Munthe, part of Munthe + Simonsen, lives in this beautiful apartment in Copenhagen. The apartment’s colour scheme is sober white, grey and black. The colours, straight lines, big space, high ceilings and wooden floors make up this classic Scandinavian style. I think Scandinavian style can be a bit boring sometimes, but in this apartment, the oriental details add a more personal and interesting touch.
I love this bedroom! Naja Munthe started the Home Collection Casa de Luxe by Naja Munthe a couple of years ago and the bed linen are from it.
They can be bought online at rikkitikki
…where they also have lots of other things from the collection:
